Brushing and Flossing at Home

Taking care of your teeth at home is super important! Make sure to brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. This helps keep your teeth strong and healthy. Don’t forget to floss every day too! Flossing gets rid of food and plaque stuck between your teeth where your toothbrush can’t reach.

Eating Healthy for Happy Teeth

Eating good foods is also great for your teeth! Try to enjoy fruits, veggies, and cheese. These snacks help keep your teeth healthy. It’s best to limit sugary snacks and drinks because they can cause cavities. Drinking water is a good choice for your mouth too!
